kendo ui splitter onPageLoad splitbar resize and activation issue

hi,I am using Kendo ui splitter with Angular ui router and Angularjs application.
Splitter does not initialize properly onPageloading first time, but after resizing the browser window it works as expected.
This issue only Comes when splitter size is in percentage.
when width and height of splitter is in px then it works fine.
is angular ui router is causing this Problem ?

any help on this issue..please
