Can anyone please help me how to register dll's or how to add dll's in windows server 2012.

If it were indeed "urgent" then your first stop should have been google, not here. Register DLLs the exact same way that has been done for years.

What kind of dll? Custom dll? Does it expose COM?

Its an application custom dll.
I could not register one particular dll which was directed to register in my asp code.
