How to add an external .exe file in visual studio click once deployment.

Hi,

I've an wpf application whose deployment type is gonna be Click-once setup.

I've used some data-grid templates which runs absolutely fine on windows 8 machine while executing on windows of previous editions(7,xp) it crashes.

On later researching for the same I came across a Microsoft-software patch that fixes the problem for XP,7.

While it fixes but requires an external installation of the patch.

I'm willing to know whether or not can I include that patch as part of pre-requisites.
If yes then kindly suggest me how to do the same.
