how to link my website to social networking sites

I Have a website, i wanted to link my website to all social networking sites(facebook ,twitter, google+), i am able to get code individually , so when i place them the alignment isn't perfect and rich, i have seen in some websites with a panel float to left or right side of the screen and stay static even when the page is scrolled, ( like this) i just wanted to add that sort of feature to my website, can any one tell me how that can be achieved.
