data mining rules hide

I have data mining records in the form of 0,1
--- A B C D
t1- 1 1 0 1
t2- 0 1 0 0
t3- 1 0 1 1
t4- 1 1 0 0
t5- 1 1 0 1

that give me an association rules
A -> B
B -> D
B -> A
D -> B

Now I need to hide the Rule and put the "?" at the place of "1" like below ::

---A B C D
t1- ? 1 0 1
t2- 0 1 0 0
t3- 1 0 1 ?
t4- 1 ? 0 0
t5- 1 ? 0 1

How can i implement this logic in c#.net ??
