Production Show in SharePoint 2010

Hi,

I am facing performance issue in production environment. like,
we are creating a custom button in ribbon, when i click on that Button its showing 8 buttons in ribbon, here we click on buttons they can open one model popup with browse button, click on browse and upload document then click save button its will be save in target document library.

this solution working in QA Environment very good. But when we go to production environment its be come very very slow. like when click the button model popup comes fast but inside content like browse button and remaining coming one one very very slow.


We are checking all the ways in production environment but we can able to find, what is the problem.

we can check RAM, OS, User permissions, its all ok.

So Please Tell me how can i find the issue why production Environment become show.
