How to Add document library as webpart with specific folder

I have one common document library. In that library multiple folders are there.
I have a left menu with sub menu. That sub menu is link with each folder from that common library.
Now when I click on each sub menu that particular folder will open in web part zone.
How can I do this using SharePoint designer 2010. Please help me in this.
