How to resize html page inside form windows application inside WebBrowser control

Hai
i have windows application,in that i will use WebBrowser control for showing webpage,if i run windows application i can see web page through web browser control,but that web page not resized and fit to webbrowser.I will dock the webbrowser and fit into form,but web page not fit into webbrowser.it will appear like small box like 100px width and 100px height.
So i need to resize the webpage and fit on to webbrowser control.how it possible ?how can do this.

Note: in webpage i am include master page.
