How to replace an Image column with its title attribute value in Telerik rad grid excel export

Hi All,

Anybody have a clear and working solution for replacing the Images in a telerik radgrid column with a text value kept in title tag of the HtmlImage element upon Excel export. The out put expel file should not contain the images, instead it should show the 'title' of the img.
