How to avoid page load while navigating through radgrid pages?

Hi guys,


I have page having radgrid with 3 columns and checkboxes. I have enabled allowpaging="true" since it has lot of data. When I select some rows in first page in grid and move to further pages for selection the page loads and loses checkbox value that are selected.How can we avoid this? I just want to retain the checkbox values no matter how many times I navigate through pages.
