How Do I Access My Asp.Net Web Application As A Directory On Existing Domain

I have a website, say www.xxxxxxxxx.com developed on php.. Now i want my asp.net web application (say EmployeeManagement ) to be added to this domain and access using this domain in this way .. www.xxxxxxxxx.com/EmployeeManagement .. Is it possible to access application developed in two different platform this way!!! if possible, can anyone tell how this could be done?? anyway thanks in advance..
