how to display BLOB(eml) data using Asp.net

Hi
I have saved the email(eml file)into oracle database using blob datatype.Now I want to retrive the data from the database into asp.net filestream control. I am using asp.net(vb.net) with oracle databse.

but i don't know ,how i will save the data and, how i will get the display in asp.net filestream control.

So,if any one have any solution plz share with me..
