h264 compressed data, how to extract PPS/SPS

Hi There

I have used ffmpeg to compress raw data to h264.

Few questions, when the image is compressed is the PPS/SPS going to be at the front of each compressed frame? I see that there is a 0001 in front of the data, is there some way of passing the frame to a h264 dump application to see what I have.

If I want to transmit this via RTSP (using live555) do I need to remove the header?

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
