Packing a WinForms solution question.

Good morning all. I have two different solutions I've written and I need to package them so the customer may start using them. They are both WinForms business/data solutions. One of the solutions uses IBM MQ libraries and when I use the 'Publish' option from the solution contextual menu. I'm packaging the solution into a folder on a jump drive and it installs correctly on my machine and two other associates machines (they have the correct libraries installed). But when I install it on anyone's machine outside of them I have to install all kinds of software for them to function. Is there an easy or quick way to do this? Thank you for your time.
