Obtain the exact number of google searches every second

Does anyone know how to obtain accurate Google stats for example the number of videos seen on YouTube in one second or number of Google searches per second. Does Google have any API for developers for that? And I need an accurate number. Not an average number which you can get from many sources. Please tell me if anyone knows of any such API.
