text locate at bottom of the page in ssrs

In my report contain one tablix and One text box . Text box located at bottom of the report. It should display always ending of the report. If table contain more data then that text box should be displayed 2nd page at bottom.
can you explain how can i display text box at end of the report with out using "Footer"..
