Help Needed in ERD Building

I am working on My Semester Project that is a Social App For Users to Post their Messages, Videos, Articles, Polles and Event for their Subcribers.
I am done at half in building UML Diagrams, but stuck at the Scenario Where User Subscribe a package (basic, standard, Pro) and Against these packages they can post limited number of Posts. User Can Upgrade his account, has to resubscribe every 30 dates after expiry date of his package.
If any one has done this type of work please help or can suggest any case study for reading.
