Horizontal scroll in Blackberry - web application

Hay!

I am developing mobile web application with the liquid layout in cross platform.
I have one query, BlackBerry - 9900 os7 is not working properly on it. Horizontal scroll is the main issue for this device.

I do not use any media query for any specific device.

I try for meta tag, but it is not working..
Can I add meta tag with the help of javascript?
