PLEASE HELP!!!!!

Really need your help, I have got and error:

Transaction (Process ID 67) was deadlocked on lock | communication buffer resources with another process and has been chosen as the deadlock victim. Rerun the transaction.


I have tried alot, but couldn't able to resolve that. I have also used NOLOCK in Sql, transactions all other possible solutions while searching on net.

If anybody have solutions please help.
