Excel saving Error on Win 7

I have an Excel file which contains some formula.
I have no problem on saving changes to that Excel file on Winxp,
but on Win7 I get the following error each time when I want to save that excel file ,
even if there is no changes were made to excel file,again by saving the file I encounter with this problem.
