datagridview dose'nt accept previous entered value in other cell

I have a weird problem in datagridview.I don't know why this happen but if I I enter a value in a cell and then click in another cell and enter the same value in second cell dose'nt accept that value but accept any other values!!the code related to this DGV is too long and I don't know if it's need to put here.

can you plz expain in more details bcz i don't know either you are inserting the same text in same column of different row or same row different column

for example I enter "12:00" in cell1(every row every column)then immediately in cell2(every other row,every other column) I enter "12:00"the problem is DGV doesn't accept this value("12:00") but accept every other row in second cell.

This does not make much sense. Debug your code and find out what the issue is so that we can help.
