How to create Setup using visual studio 2010 with contains .Net framework and no need to download it.

I want to create setup of my windows application using setup project using in visual studio. I know the prerequisite settings but user don't want to download framework from online. I want to include this(.Net Framework) in my setup and it start installing before my app.

How to do this?
