Controls moving when background process going on

Hello,
I am doing the search kind of things, am using thread for this process in UI am showing progress control,timer and two button to pause and resume the process while doing this for large data mine control are moving some time progress control moves and buttons moves am not able fetch the issue why its happen...
please help me out ..

How can we know why your controls are moving, without seeing your code. I guess, because you move them.
