how to replace all occurance of data (windows)

I have around 1500 html pages which has link like this PAGE%201%20-%.... ,PAGE%202%20-%.... ,PAGE%202%20-%...., ... ,PAGE%201430%20-%.... I want to replace all with text say 'text' at once,how can I achieve this on windows, I tried it with Notepad++

Well, based solely on your tag, try writing a regular expression. But since you have not shown us any effort or describe any kind of a problem, it's kind of hard to say.
