Custom app spaces for each user on cloud

hi,

I have a question
Can I have aapp store on cloud with 10 apps , and based on different user requirements
i can provide apps to user( say user A wants 2 apps , so he as 2 apps for him
at a space) User B wants 3 apps , so he has 3 in his custom space) if they want any new app they can add to their app store from the master store , and based upon the app updates
their application in their custom clod domain can be updated ?,

I do not have experience in cloud , I was trying to read about cloud on google.
