Unable to view some images in html content.

Firefox says :- Image streaming error: “The image … cannot be displayed because it contains errors”

Status Code:304 Not Modified

same in google chorme as ff

IE 11 prompts to save png image as tiff(when viewing only broken images).

It works in safari.
