Trying to click an empty Div with Watir

Hi I'm trying to click a div in Watir-Webdriver and for some reason couldn't.
The website:

divChips = browser.element :class => 'chips-area'
divChips.element(:css, 'div[chip="5"]').click

and also

browser.element(:id, 'roulette').div(:index, 5).click

Nothing works.

I'd appreciate some help.
