How to resolve the issue when application is restore down the contents like date picker and some default alert message should not be hidden in windows 7

Hi,
Am having an windows platform application which is developed in C# with WPF.
i have three buttons
1.Min,
2.Max/restore down(does both functionality)
3.Exit


now when i click restore down button, the app which contains date picker is not being displayed, at the same time an alert message is getting displayed in the wrong position(i.e left alignment is changed) and some of text present in the end of alert message is getting hidden.


Can please anyone provide me a solution so that app will as it has to be in any resolution and even when it is restore down?
