I am very curious about scripting languages.
I have googled it but doesn't find appropriate answer.
Can u please clear my doubts or suggest me proper study material for the following:
1. what are the features that are required to make a language scripting language.
2. Why Scripting languages are interpreted?

Solution 1

1. Look at Javascript, Windows Powershell, for samples of scripting languages. They have quite different structures.
2. They are generally interpreted so they can operate in an interactive manner.
