dynamically implement progress bar in stringbuilder

i want to implement a progress bar in stringbuilder dynamically in web form visual studio 2012 & when it gets value that portion will become green color and rest portion will become red color...how to do this??
please help me out
can anyone please help me out?

What do you mean by "implement a progress bar in stringbuilder"? The two controls are totally different. Also, it is unlikely that a progress bar would show up during the life of a stringbuilder, as it operates quite fast.
