Hello,
Can we change the caption of the message box?
So VbYesNo to another language (In Italian language Vb Yes = Si & Vb No = No)

No.
As per my knowledge, there is no such mechanism is provided by .NET.
But yeah, that depends on the language that you're using in OS. So if you're changing the OS language, then it might be possible. But from code, it's not.!

Or rather, I'd say go for Custom Message Box !
