How would anyone here know? We have no idea what a fitting room is or how it is supposed to operate. I suggest you refine your question to something more detailed.

To start with, you would need another beautiful model, like the girl shown on the site you have referenced. And a good professional photographer with all the equipment. And a good designer. And some software developers. Why not just you, as a software developer? If you had enough qualification in the field, you would not ask this question, would easily find all you need by yourself; that's why I mention some software developer(s).

I hope you understand you cannot steal anything from the site you just referenced, not even the design. You need to design everything from scratch and implement it. And you have to decide what software to use and what to write. It depends on many factors, so the site could be designed in different ways. If does not have to be Flash, actually.

Overall, I cannot advise anything else, because what you need is not some particular advice on what to use, you need people who can do all that. Or, you can become a person who can do all this work. I want to hope that you can do it all. I only have one doubt: I am not sure that you could play the role of such a beautiful model. In that case, you would have to find out and hire someone else. :-)
