Error when use Window media player to play stream video like rtmp or rtsp?

When embed Window media player into winforms to play stream video "rtmp" or "rtsp" but error.
I am search goolge use VLC but VLC only 1.5 maximum. 2.0 no embed into windowform. So how can I have the latest VLC embedded in winforms without installation to play video stream on.
