I refuse to click on that link without knowing where it actually goes. Also, is this a programming question, or just a request to download it? If it's not related to programming, it's off-topic here. If it is related to programming, please add the programming language you use.

A quick google say that "DreamCash is a site much like Uploading.com as it allows you to upload files and then pays you as you get others to download your files"

So, this request is one of two things, as far as I can see:
1) You want lots of us to download a file so you get money.
2) You want to download files without any of the tiresome checks companies make to see if you have paid for their services.

The first case is spam, pure and simple: and will get you kicked off this site.
The second is abuse, since we do not condone, support or assist in the production of malicious code in any way, form or manner. And in my view, bypassing a company's revenue stream is malicious.

So the question is: Which would you rather be reported for? Spam or Abuse?
