How to create User in tortoisesvn

I installed the tortoisesvn. I can do Check out and Check in process. While doing check in and checkout i have to give username and Password Authendication. if you know Let me know Friends

This is not a part of Tortoise functionality. It can be done only on server side.

In some cases, it can be done my direct edition of some file(s). In some settings, you can have a special administration interface. The particular answer depends on what you have for your particular server and how the server is configured; how it is hosted; there is a number of different options.

Looks like you are trying to access a password protected repository. Contact the owner of repository as ask for credentials. Also, take a look at Daily Use Guide[^].

Where is the SVN server installed? Take a look that this book: http://svnbook.red-bean.com/en/1.8/svn.serverconfig.html

It talks about all kinds of server configuration you need to do.
