Did you tried F8 and safe-mode boot?

thank you for the reply:
yes I tried f8 to get to the safe mode bit it doesn't work
I get the same window of erecovery

I am not sure, but it looks like you did only formatted one of the disk partitions. That might be not enough. These days, computers often come with a special recovery partition with OS installation and recovery facilities. This partition is used by pressing a special key on a laptop. If this is the case, the simplest solution would be redoing the disk from scratch. You could remove all partitions and create one or more from scratch. In particular, you could attach your disk to some working Windows system and use "diskpart.exe". There are many other partitioning utilities, as well as other disk utilities, which can be started from an optical disk or some removable (flash) drive.

If you want, you can create a new recovery partition by yourself.
Please see, for example: http://answers.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/forum/windows_7-windows_install/how-to-create-a-recovery-partition-with-image-of/b3ac0f64-079a-4c89-9b16-a74b20e89419[^],

Try to find more information: http://bit.ly/1iqjh9H[^].

From your information, I cannot be 100% sure that what I describe is what really happens, but it looks like that. Anyway, look at the partitioning of your disk as it is now and ask further questions if you have some concerns.

it worked.

You are welcome. What a minute... Worked? — great; my respect.
May I ask you about some detail? Did you managed to create a recovery partition on your system, or you just installed just the OS itself? Anyway, congratulations.

and sorry for the lack of info
I am new here and just need some time to know more about the manners, forgive me

I installed just the OS itself and it worked properly.

thank you very much
Talk to Acer technical support - they will have a much, much better idea than we will.
