Displaying Blend behaviors in VS2010

Hi all,

I am the using VS2010 (and VS2012) ultimate editions on Windows 7 for a class that I teach.

We are also using Expression Blend 4.

Our IT guys told me that they don't have time to upgrade the computers so that Blend can support Silverlight,and I don't have admin privilegies. However, they updated VS2010 for us, so that we can at least run Silverlight projects from there.

Now I have a question: I can't find a panel from where the Blend-ish Behaviors are found (they are referenced to and they work properly, but I'd like to find them in the Toolbox or so, so that my students can drag them to various objects.

I've searched the net but haven't found any solution. Any ideas?
