how to store cookie as text file at specific place in using code vb.net

I have create signalR project which give live broadcast of stock from stock exchange to client (user). So after log in in application as user an application give all stock prices online and that user select their share and show in grid. after that whatever user show on application that information store in one text file with their id and all daily record which share he add. so please help me to give some idea of it.
