How to save item in a .txt file in database

Hello I'm creating a webpage where i can upload a text file.
When i upload the file its contents are displayed on my webpage.

Now i want to save the different items in the text file which are displayed on my webpage in their corresponding columns in my database..

can you plz help me :(

This is not a good question - we cannot work out from that little what you are trying to do.
Remember that we can't see your screen, access your HDD, or read your mind.
Perhaps an example of what is giving you a problem would help?
Use the "Improve question" widget to edit your question and provide better information.
