How to Implement Google Video Search API with re-ranking in asp.net?

Hello There!,
I have to start a project based on google video search. My Objective is when we are searching a video by a text based. It retrieves the videos from servers. The videos are not exactly has the searched query. So we have include the particular object's image and matching the frames with the retrieved video.

Text Query  :       "Audi Car" + [pic]Audicar.jpg


Search Results:

1) Audicar.mp4 -  ~100 frames matched
2) audi9093.avi - ~86 frames matched
3) wer736.mp4 - ~75 frames matched
....
...
...
x) as343.mp4 - ~2 frames matched.

                      18xxx videos for the searched text
