How to create .exe from Installshield ?

I have my dlls and setup.rul file , So I want to create .exe from InstallShield .
And I have InstallShield 2012 version.
Please help me on this .
Give me some idea how to create .exe or give some links where I can Find the steps to create .exe from dlls and setup.rul file .
I am very much in need for this .
