I have Nokia Lumia 820 mobile and I want to develop applications for the same.
So please tell me best tool for Windows Phone 8.1 Development.

I have googled but not getting exact help...You guys are most experience hence...please guide me.

Also if you can provide link for tutorial on windows phone 8.1 development will be great helpful!!!
