:confused: I've managed to find in the .Net framework how to encrypt "files" with the block ciphers but how do I encrypt "Files" or "Folders" with RSA in VB.NET

I've looked every ware but I can't find how to encrypt my "Files" or "Folders" with RSA In VB.NET. Help please
