how to do a face recognisation ?

hello friends,

how to find an image or face by using captured image ... i.e face recognisation .

if we captured a image that use to search by globally , find and identify the image details.

for example if we are seeing a movie , we are recognising a hero / heroine in film ,that we know the person so and so ..., samething here we should identify the person by using a software i.e face recognisation.

please suggest me with simple process.
