A referance to 'D:\Document\DLL\CDROMUTL.DLL' could not be added. Please make source that the file is accessible, and that it is a valid assembly or COM component.

Solution 1

There are a number of reasons why you are getting this message. The path might be incorrect, Visual Studio might not have sufficient access to the folder, the library might be corrupt or might need to be registered.
