• Same Request ID assigned while doing request simultaneously from 2 workstations.
• UPI field mandatory in case of employee.
• Approval date not registered.
• IT coordinator name to change
• Requested by field should display user name instead of AD ID.
• Email to coordinator  1 st when request is raised and 2nd when request is fully approved.
Provision for IT coordinator to input ID details, email address before closing the request.
Option to export report in excel.
