Certain kind of tables are not getting added in EDMX file whereas other tables of schemas are getting added in designer and entities being created as well

When all tables for database were selected for database first approach for creating entity framework sample modules, certain tables were added other were not. also for one which are not visible in designer, entities were not created. Updating through DB also didnt worked. Any suggestion as to certain conditions needs to met for tables.
