File System Watcher and Username Or IP

Hi All,
I am using FileSystemWatcher control and handling the events correctly but I need the username or IP of the user changing the files?

That's a little equivalent to: file is in use - but by whom? The .Net framework does not provide something useful for that purpose. You need to find some handle associated with that file (while it is still in use by that user!), and then come several more steps till you get the username (I do not know them, only read about that somewhere).
