I know html5 and css3 but i dont know how to create the website.....

I tried to design a layout but its not fit into the page....

I am not getting the correct layout design....

I want to know how to design a layout....

please guide me ...

DON'T SHOUT. Using all capitals is considered shouting on the internet, and rude (using all lower case is considered childish). Use proper capitalisation if you want to be taken seriously.
