Installshield: Updated file not getting changed on installation folder when i try to apply a patch with small update in version.

Ex. I have existing version 2.0.0 and i am creating new version 2.0.1. Here there is one component called WebFiles that doesn't have any key file. will not getting updated with latest files.

Does the property "Always overwrite" set up on each of the component's file?
